Well Done Creating Ground!

Creating Ground is immensely proud to have received the Culture Seeds Award for Community Creator in May 2019 by the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan for our Building Bridges project.

In collaboration with the incredible physical theatre company, Theatre Témoin, and supported by the Mayor of London’s Culture Seeds, we ran a 16-week project that combined storytelling, puppetry and outdoor theatre. This project was as much about the process as the final performance. We explored the themes of 'home and 'journey' through puppetry, drama, dance and song, which culminated in two performances at Brighton Festival and Greenwich Family Arts Festival.

We are very grateful for all the hard work and dedication put into this project from everyone in our team and the collaboration with Theatre Témoin.
